Ciel Baptiste is a film photographer from Central Illinois. They graduated from Parkland College in 2024.

Their work is permanently on display at Parkland College and has been shown in Immaterial Books' Fields of Vision exhibition. Ciel has been awarded Purchase Awards at Giertz Gallery's Art & Design Student Exhibition.
